It's year-end festivities, share your experience with a student from the School!

As every year, we propose to graduates to "mentor" one or several last-year students interested in their job and/or activity sector.

Mentor role (toward the student): 

• measure the coherence of the professionnal project
  
• assess the job search strategy
  
• share his experience and knowledge of the job and/or market
• advise the student during his first job search and starting period in its newjob
  

Calendar 2018:  

• January - February 2018: students select their mentor
  

• From January to March 2018: 1st interview with the student (face to face, phone or skype)
  • Assessment of the professional project and job search strategy
  • Share your expérience with the student, advices
    

• Before December 2018: follow up interview
  

Practical information:  

• Requirement to become a "mentor": justify at least 3 years of professional experience
  

• Assessment: mentor program, previously mandatory and graded, is now proposed as a Career service dedicated to last-year students (personal and voluntary approach). The roadbook and assessment form are proposed as a basis to lead the interview and advise the student. 

• Registration : access to your personal area and fill-in the online form (available only for people who graduate at least 3 years ago).
