What is your career path?

I started working for large retailers after finishing school (Decathlon), then I came back to my first love : marketing and wine (Terre des Templiers). Back in Paris, I worked as a product manager for the CCIP and finally for TLSContact, first as Regional Manager for France and now for Western Europe. In short, my career path is punctuated of choices, both pleasant jobs and meetings with people who taught me a lot.

What is your mission at work?

I manage 7 profit centers in Western Europe for TLSContact, a Teleperformance group member, the leader of face-to-face contact centers. Basically... I am a multifunction manager, I have to achieve having a blooming and efficent team.

What is your mission inside the network?

I am treasurer since 2016. My role, in coordination with the strategy defined by the President and Board, is to guarantee the durability of the finances of the association. And still, keep proposing to our Alumni a lot of events, all over the world, all year long.

Why do you give time to the network?

Because the President recruited me late at night, during a Summer Party (laugh)... No, in fact, I am convinced that each alumni, at a certain time of his professional life (if possible) should bring something to the network. We all have an added value in our community. Personnally, I wanted to change from my everyday life and meet new people. The wealth of an alumni network is to run into new classes, spread now over 25 years! During every alumni meeting, you can talk to different people and enrich your network!
