🎓 New executive education programme | NEXT CHIEF LEARNING OFFICER (CLO)

Faced with the current upheavals (skills obsolescence, technological innovations, ESG issues...), the Talent and Learning & Development functions are strategic for steering the transformation of companies.

That's why l'Executive Education Rennes SB is launching NEXT CLO, a unique programme designed in partnership with a consortium of companies for HR, learning and talent development professionals.

Aimed at HR and L&D leaders, training and development managers and talent development consultants, this programme will provide an internationally recognised certification compatible with an Executive MBA. It will therefore benefit from the recognition of the triple crown of EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB, shared by only 1% of the world's management schools.

Programme objectives:

• Develop skills & posture as an L&D leader
• Acquire practical tools to transform organizations
• Build a high-impact network

Key points of the programme :

• Duration: 5 months, starting with a 'Base Camp' and ending with a 'Summit' in July.
• Structure: Hybrid modules (online and face-to-face) for interactive and adaptable training.
• Assessment: Presentation of the professional project to a panel of experts.
